'Just A Jealous Girl' is an original, loosely painted, watercolour portrait of a pouting young woman. I've used a fairly limited palette of greens, blues and golds which suits the subject matter well and along with the green eyes, reinforces the title. Jealousy is an unattractive emotion and a jealous person will always attempt to hide how they feel. Perhaps the camouflage patterned jacket suggests this?
Measuring about 10.75 x 15.75 inches, this original painting will be presented bevel mounted in a plain white mount and framed in a complimentary 2cm gold leaf effect frame to a total size of approximately 16 x 21 inches, ready to hang.
