Warrior

'Warrior' is an ultra realistic, original, graphite pencil drawing on Bristol vellum paper featuring an African Cape Buffalo with accompanying ox pecker bird. Another of my attractive portraits in photo realistic style with intense detail, particularly on the facial features and horns. I wanted to portray the immense power and dangerous attitude of the buffalo while capturing a sense of its determination and survival instincts. After all, this is an animal prepared to see off a full blown lion attack in order to defend its family group. A true warrior of the savannah.

Measuring approximately 16 x 13 inches, this piece is presented in a white mount within a 42mm Flat Distressed Pewter frame with Silver Edges to a total size of about 24 x 21 inches, ready to hang. It is signed on the front and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Conscious of the need to recycle, I re-use shipping materials whenever possible. Therefore my package may not always be the prettiest, but you can be sure that I will still have made it as secure and robust as possible.
